This jacket features a black base around the waist.  It will absolutely look flawless with black chaps!  The base also has crystals all around the meeting of the fabrics! 

This jacket is made from a cotton stretch material on top and a very supportive black super stretch material on the bottom.  The cut of the jacket has princess seams.  This gives the owner a great fit, and makes the jacket look very tailored.  This jacket does have some stretch to it too.  This jacket truly can be worn all day!
