The base of this jacket is black gaberdine with a beautiful turquoise & black sheer sleeve.  The princess seams also have matching turquoise piping surrounded by hundreds of Swarovski Crystals!  It is such a beautiful jacket.  It would look great with black chaps.

There are literally hundreds of 20ss Swarovski rhinestones all over the entire bodice, sleeves and collar!
